You know the days life has you down, or your head is just spinning dealing with the insane world around you….ya know what you do? Take to the woods!
Today I went hiking in Brandywine Creek State Park in Brandywine, Delaware, USA to clear my head and get in touch with nature. It’s a beautiful park that is easily accessible from major highways.
The hikes here are fairly easy with some inclines that put those gluts to work. The air is fresh, the sky is clear, and the trails lay before us. In a few hours, we didn’t have a care in the world except the path before us. That’s the beauty in hiking.
Take a stroll along Brandywine Creek.
If you are interested in finding out more about this state park you can get more information about the location, trails, and activities on the Delaware State Park website.
